I hate my bf's loser, low class friends! How do I handle this?

21 December 2007 (F) - I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now. My problem is his low class friends. I am from a good family and so is he but his best friends are all the guys almost 30 years old with no life and no class and of course they are dating the girls ...

I'd like to date my friend's ex, but my friend is short tempered so how should I approach her about this?
