He takes lots of time out with his friends. How can I stop being jealous, before I ruin the relationship?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I need help with this one.

My boyfriend and I, together for 13 months, we have a daughter together.

When he hangs out with friends that are guys i get jealous. When he drinks or gets drunk with his friends i get jealous because while he is doing that I'm taking care of the baby and i hardly get one on one time with my friends like he does.

How can i stop being jealous? before i ruin the relationship?
