writes:I am 19 and I have been with my bf Brett for 2 yrs. Our 2 yr anniversary is on wednesday and I wanted to do something special so I asked him what he would like to do. I was kinda shocked when he sadi he had 2 things he had always wanted to do the first one he asked if we could make a sex tape together OR try "risky sex" as he called it, he wants to have sex during whiel watchign a movie at a theatre. He said he has always wanted to try both of those things and since we are both committed to our relationship he thinks it would be fun and special. I'm not sure what to do. I want to because he is really excited about them but I'm nervous at the same time. I want to do something special for him but if we get caught at a movie how much trouble would we get into? Any advice I could get from guys or girls who have done either one of these would really help thanks

I work at a movie theater. We have to check the movie a couple times when it is playing. If its a small theater they will kick u out a larger theater they can press charges.. I wouldnt save it for the bedroom

Well that is great, but it is a JOINT special day, not just a special day for him to do things he wants and for you to give in.
He should be wanting to do something special for you as well! Not emotionally blackmailing you by sulking to get his own way.
Pick something romantic instead, it will be a whole lot nicer to remember in the future than *oh darling, do you remember when we got arrested/posted on youtube on our 2nd anniversary*.
Public sex is illegal. Sex tapes can end up in the wrong hands and can ruin your life in the future. They always have a habit of surfacing - in 10 years time would you want potential employers seeing it by doing a quick google search?
If you are not comfortable then do not do this, if he loves you then he will fully understand.

 with anything in public there is always a risk of being caught. Though that can be half the fun. If you both prepare properly before hand e.g. Easy access cloths it makes things easier and makes getting caught less likely(its also easier to cover up if you are caught).
Obviously dont go to a childrens film choose one thats screaned late. Choose your location carefully too dont sit somewhere your overlooked too easily and when you do try to choose a position that is least obvious. What will happen depends on what the people are like that catch you. Normally the worst that will happen is you will asked to leave.

You could be charged with a crime if caught, and if children are present anywhere nearby (and rest assured they will be in some other movie somewhere) you would be listed as sex offenders, which would be on your permanent record for the rest of your life and totally destroy your chances of a career. This is beyond a stupid idea. It's called risky sex for a reason and this is not a risk worth taking.

You could end up with indecency convictions - or even a fine.However, if it's on PRIVATE premises, then that's at the owner's discretion.It all depends on where and when.The best advice I can give; do it at home IN PRIVATE whilst watching a DVD.You can re-create the cinema experience with popcorn etc. and cardboard cut-outs just for that "feel" and still be intimate as if you were in a cinema.Hope this helps.

If you have sex in a movie theater, someone could whip out their iPhone and take some juicy public action. Then they could either use it as evidence in your public sexual indecency trial, or they could post it on Youtube with the title "OMG Sex in a theater hahahahaa". And you'd be the star.
If you make the sex tape, you won't have to worry about the criminal charges, but what if you and your boyfriend break up? Where will that tape end up? What if he gets vindictive (it happens a lot!) and either blackmails you with it, or spreads it around to all of your friends, loved ones, and YES...Youtube. Trust me, you won't be the one holding onto that tape. He will.
You might want to consider alternate special ideas.

 I'd choose making the sex tape together. Having sex in a movie theatre would be " indecent exposure " which is a misdemeanour everywhere and a felony in some States. If it's a first offence probably you would not go to jail ( but in theory, you absolutely could ! ) ,maybe they'd give you community service, but again, it depends from the jurisdiction. And, if it happens in front of minors,- then you are totally screwed.
Just out of curiosity... but how would you go about it in practice ? I can understand getting away with a hand job, or maybe even a BJ,.. but for having sex I guess you'd have to sit on his lap or you'd have to stand up, how could the people around you possibly NOT notice ?

Regardless, if you are caught, the charges brought against you could be so serious that if you are found guilty you would BOTH have to register as sexual offenders and be held to the same standards they are (in my state, they cannot live within 1,000 feet of a school, or park and their Address information is public).

You are breaking the law if you get caught, a real law that could get you both arrested. Laws are different from state to state, and it would depend on the situation and what other people were in the theater. But the law that comes to mind are public indecency, which I think is pretty common.
The risk of the sex tape is that if you ever break up or it falls into the wrong hands, it could be used against either of you for embarrassment. It's not illegal, I believe, if you are both adults and consenting. But, it may come back to bite you later. This really only matters if you are looking to have a job as a public figure / position of trust such as politician or teacher.
