My boyfriend and I are dripping in sweat when we have sex together.

I mean, it is as if somebody sprayed a hose on both of us. Dripping wet in tons and tons of sweat!! Lol

Is this NORMAL at all?

And... we usually fog up all the windows in my bedroom!!!!

The sex is very passionate and amazing.

What do you all think?

Fogged windows can be a real problem and a pain to clean since it attracts more dust than necessary. In smaller rooms like you said, intercourse can indeed hasten the cleaning disaster. To reduce the fog, I can recommend using a cooling apparatus such as a fan or portable air conditioning unit to reduce the amount of sweat produced. Alternatively you can apply a fog reducing solution to your windows which will prevent any sort of fog. I did a quick search online and I found that a mixture of cups water, ammonia, rubbing alcohol and of dish soap in a spray bottle can reduce fog significantly.

Daisy_Daisy agony auntIf you're both personal trainers then you already know a thing or two about strenuous exercise and how it results in sweating. It's the bodys way of cooling off. Women sweat just as much as men do, if exerting the same energy. If it doesn't bother you, there really is no problem. Just rehydrate afterwards.

But Whois sweating? Both? I had quite a few guys, and only one of them was sweating so ridiculously that it would drip n my face. Tell you the truth, it was a big turn of. Not that he smelled bad or anything like that, but it was just this cold sweat all over me.

Other guys sweat too, but not even close to how this one did. What you describe does seem unussual to me especially with fogging windows.

Glad though you have an amazing sex.

eyeswideopen agony auntHow big is your bedroom? If my husband and I had sex in my bedroom closet, and if my bedroom closet had a window which it doesn't, I imagine we would fog up the windows a tad. If you are concerned, then I would suggest you try having sex in wide opened places.

A female reader, pinktopaz United States +, writes (3 November 2013):

I don't normally make any follow up comments...but saying people sweating a lot because they could possibly be overweight is silly! When I worked out with a personal trainer and was working out regularly (4-5 days a week) I actually would sweat more than when I was sedentary and lazy! Like I would literally start dripping sweat 10-minutes into my workout.

With that said, maybe that's why you and your boyfriend sweat more than usual?

I suppose it's how physically active you are,the ambient temperature of the room, the length of time etc.Are you both physically fit? I hardly sweat but my wife does.If you both feel ok afterwards then it's ok.

Considering your age group you could be out of shape. Are you guys overweight? Sweating after any streneous effort is normal as long as there are no other signs such as chest pain or difficulty in maintaining errection.

A female reader, pinktopaz United States +, writes (2 November 2013):

I wouldn't say it's normal, but it's not weird either. I had a boyfriend that was just a sweaty guy, so when it came to sex...same thing, drenched in sweat and fog up the windows. I don't sweat a lot, so I don't know if I was drenched from just his sweat or him being hot bodied made me sweat.
