A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

When will the awkward flirting/crush period stop? or well I mean, I'm just waiting for him to ask me out but he hasn't yet...

I am pretty sure he has a huge crush on me because he is always doing these things:

We were sitting at dinner yesterday and he reached around behind the guy beside him and poked me on the shoulder to get my attention and then waved.

Popping up on facebook and asking me what I am doing and then telling me everything he did that day.

Talking to me the whole time were in class.

Stole my fries at lunch.

I wasn't paying attention to him so he lightly kicked me.

At lunch or in class, I look across the room at him to look at him and I see hes looking at me, then quickly looks away. Or I look at him and he notices and looks up for a bit then looks away.

Gave me a nickname: "your now Carebare."

Always picks on me and makes fun of me.

So I'm assuming that he likes me...I am just waiting for hi to ask...This has been going on a couple of weeks now...how do I get him to ask without me asking him?

xnickx agony auntCompletely agreed with everything else...

...or, you can always ask. It does sound like he likes you, and you seem pretty sure yourself.

Guys do find it a bit of a turn on when a girl takes charge, so id say go for it. I dont think you'll be disappointed. Good luck =)

yea flirt with him back. Tho I encourage you to be careful. don't flirt in a sexual way to begin with. If you do he will think you are easy. Just casual flirt and try to prgressivley move towards talking to him and asking him about his life.

Well it sounds like he likes you. But he might not know that you like him. Why don't you try talking to him?
