writes:What's the hype with men liking big butts? Something I've noticed the past year or so is that a lot of men seem to be butt men. They like the 'Kim Kardashian' type butt, the big, round butt. Even the majority of my sister and I's male friends have said they are butt men and that that was their favorite feature on a female. I know it sounds pity, but I've been feeling rather insecure about my butt because mine is small and flat-like. I've never had anyone comment negatively on it, but I've never gotten any positive comments on it either, which has made me think no man has ever really liked it. I just don't understand the hype. I guess it's a sexual thing but i never knew they paid so much attention to a woman's back side. I've never even really paid much attention to my own butt even. What do the males here think about this?

They seem to always want to label themselves as butt men tit men etc.... Just one more way to let us women know that no matter what , we will never measure up ...
Be great to hear a man say and mean ' I'm a whole package guy who doesn't single out women's body part like she in meat in the butchers window' but that seems so rare now days when they can order ever changing women with impossible assets and masturbate at the click of a button

If you want a bigger butt, then get to the gym and start lifting weights. Do squats. It REALLY works wonders. I just started lifting weights before Christmas, and already my butt has changed. It's no longer flat and "hanging", but perks out and has gotten bigger. Muscles... So if you don't have that perky butt from natures side, work out!

 Ah don't worry. It's fads. There's always some hype about some body part, if it's not one it will be another.
Like, I have full,plump, pouty lips ( less now than once, I must say, because lips sort of "shrink " with age ?! , how strange ). Lucky me, right ? Not really. When I was in high school or college , I got the " What happened ?,did you kiss your flat-iron ? " line quite often. My revenge came when all the women started having to go and get costly and painful injections in their lips, to get what I have naturally- nyah nyah .
Maybe in few years small flat butts will be all the rage , and in the meantime, do not worry, I am sure that you have your own beauty, your own charm, your own style, and your own admirers anyway.

I know SO many women who have had breast implants and a couple who are so obsessed by attaining a "bubble butt", as they so stupidly call them, that they spend every spare minute in the gym AND are saving for butt implants.
LMAO. Wake up world. Who benefits from all this? The fake stars and the plastic surgeons. You do realise that Kardashian has more silicone in her behind than real fat or muscle don't you?

 Society goes through various hypes but one thing that as I guy I can attest to is: no matter what the hype, guys adore your crotch. They may look at breasts, butts or whatnot, but your crotch is the ultimate place where, if they could, they would swallow and tuck it inside them and on them. So if you are a flat butt girl, hit the gym because by getting it round you'll be healthy but remember where the most desirable part of your body for any guy is.

 In the 1980-1990 BIG fake breasts were the "hype" (think Baywatch) and now women like Nicki Minaj are saying I'm loving how I look.
Then the early 1990-2000 it was women with no hips.
If you look around you will find that different things that were all of a sudden in vogue. Big lips, thigh gap, this or that.
Not ALL women are going to have the "perfect body", the perfect legs, ass or boobs. Not can it keep up with what ever current FAD is out there.
I wouldn't worry about it - YOU are you. And YOU need to find a way to love that.
