 i think for problem number one tell them that they should stop pestering you and could stop watching every move you take and for problem num two you should probably tell him that your dating his freind and should probably live with it even if he is not ok i think he should live with it but maybe you should not be too close to your bf cause theres a chance that your bro will feel kinda left out.

 in male ethics, according o the so called guy code,usually men dont like there friends dating their sisters... its not cool. however, this is not written in stone tablets, hehee or so we are told. however, do as u see fit. if the guy does no seem comfortable because of this reason(s), then dont waste ur time. but if he game, then date him.
after all hes not related to u. hes not with anther hic at this point so hes fair game.

 Well for problem 1 you could just tell them but i know might be hard but it will make them stop or just plain out tell them to stop pestering you cuz its really annoying you but they might not cuz i too have a older bother and sister and they barely listen to me.
And for problem 2 i think he might care a little just its 'his' friend and your going to hanging around more than he wants but its your life and he cant choose who you should like and go out with and if you both like each other then i think you should go out cuz its your lifenot his and he is just going to have to deal!
