My ex boyfriend brings my confidence down!

My x bf and I still talk after 2 years of being broken up. Well recently I found out he got his 15 year old fiance pregnant when he's 19 and in the Army! So I decided to ask him about it because I saw pictures/status's from his friends and family on facebook. He got angry and completely ignored the fact that I mentioned it. Ever since he's been talking bad about me when I'm the one whose sober,not pregnant,and is graduating early without dropping out of school unlike him and his gf. It's really bringing down my self confidence but I'm proud of the accomplishments I've made. How should I handle the situation?
