 I usually avoid the word "normal" regarding human behavior regarding sex. If your boyfriend likes this, that's his thing. If YOU don't like it, then tell him. Some women don't want sex during their periods, and guys need to respect that.

 A lot of guys out there either like it or don't care (I am speaking of people I know of course). Most of my boyfriends in the past didn't mind, but my boyfriend now, would prefer for me not to be on it - or if I am on it, he doesn't want it to be heavy and I always lay a towl down under us. But yeah, it's okay that he likes it as long as you are okay with it. It is less normal for him to want to go down on you during that time - I have only known of one other person that didn't mind that - so you have yourself a little bit of a kinky man - but as long as you two are into it - go for it and have fun. :)
