Sorry, but isn't it obvious that you need to break up with him? He won't pay you back so asking is a waste of time.
You have two options:
1.) Break up with him and free yourself.
2.) Stay "together" and pay him to treat you like shit.
Both are temping but I'm leaning towards #1.

2. Sit him down and make a payment plan for him to pay you back. If he refuses. End it and well, then that is YOUR loss.
