So as long as it's something that's going to occur in sex you're fine. If what you're doing is not likely to occur during sex then you'll get an orgasm more easily through masturbating than sex.

well they say the average single guy masterbates anywhere from 5-10 times a week. But i don't know about girls. If you were in a sexual relationship but arnt anymore then your body might be craving what its not getting anymore. SEX IS ADDICTING! This is because sex is a drug. It releases many diff chemicals to your brain and other places. And I don't belive it to be unhealthy. Sex is a health activity for your body, but Im not sure if it is healthy to do so 2-3 times a day. If you think you could then you might want to cut it down to once a day. If it's hard to cut down consider what you are doing and where you are when you get the feeling that you want to it might just be because you bored.
