Obviously, you haven't had one then. Because you'll definitely know when you've had an orgasm! You're an adult, I'm guessing you've masturbated before? Reaching orgasm through masturbation is the same feeling as when you have an orgasm while having sex...although I would have to say an orgasm while having sex is way better.
