writes:okay, so im 14 and about a week ago, i had sex. and we didnt use a condom. but heres the thing, it was in the pool. im affraid to tell my parents that i might be preggo. and i dont want to tell them at all. my bf bought a preggo test, but i have to wait a couple weeks. i know this sounds really wrong, and im gunna regret it, but i need tips on how to do an abortion myself. i cant let anyone know about anything that's happening.

 You should go to your clinic. You should tell a good mate. It just helps to talk about it. Telling your parents isn't really a great idea, unless you cant get an abortion. However, if you are pregnant, you have to get it sorted out. You can't ignore it.

hi, there is still a chance you might not be pregnant, and doing an abortion by yourself is not good, you can ruin your insides and would have a really high chance of dying. If you are pregnant you need to go to the doctor. If you ask them to they will keep it private.

However,I can understand that you are scared of being pregnant; I can understand that you are scared to tell your parents; if there is nobody that you feel you can trust to talk to, phone the HELPLINE; they are always available to listen if you want to chat and have good advice;
However; should your period be late; do get a pregnancy test done; I hope for you it will be negative; but do follow the test up with another one two weeks later; as the first tests are not always accurate; if still negative fine; in the event of it being positive; please contact your doctor or the family planning clinic in your area; explain your situation to them and ask them for the abortion pill;
Try not to stress about this to much at this stage; if you are going to stress, it might delay your periods too;
Do not have UNPROTECTED sex; not only is there the risk of pregnancy BUT there is STD's and AIDS to think about as well;
Please do take good care of yourself; try and eat properly and get good rest;
You can talk to us 24/7 and promise me you will do so if the stress are getting to you.

I'm not sure if it is the same in your country, but in Aust if you go to your doctor or woman's clinic everything is confidential and there are government run programs to help those in the same or similar positions as yourself.Also In aust we have health care and medicare. I was still on my parent's medicare card and my health care card had expired when I fell pregnant, so i decided to pay for it all myself (used all my savings) No one ever found out that wasn't supposed to.

 Do not perform an abortion yourself. There is no safe home rememdy, it is extremely dangerous, and you could die from blood loss or infection.
Wait a few weeks, and if you have not had your period, take the test. Visit your doctor. And tell your parents. If you are grown up enough to have unprotected sex, you should be grown up enough to take responsibility for your actions.

grow up. a child is a huge responsibility and you obviously arent ready, if your gna be grown up and have sex without contraception, you need to be grown up enough to deal with the consequences. i reccomend the pill that you can take before 12 weeks, do something about it sooner rather than later. good luck.

Your parents will definately find out if you do such a stupid thing. Sorry babes, visit a doctor if you can, or just wait for the pregnancy test. We are crossing our fingers and hoping things go right. Please update your situation as soon as you get your period, or if the test comes back positive and you are pregnant. You need to stay calm, you've already made one stupid mistake, you don't want to make things worse. Please update when you know either way.

 Listen to the aunts here. There is no safe way of doing what you are proposing. This is truly dangerous. Look, I know you're scared and I know the last thing you want to have happen is to have your parents find out. But you know what, at some point they are going to have to know, because you are not making good decisions and things will come out.
Your only option at this point is to wait until you can do the pregnancy test, and see what the result is. In the meantime, you have time to think about how you are going to tell your parents. And for heaven's sake, do not have any unprotected sex on the theory that you ARE pregnant.

Its not right or safe to do an abortion urself. I know its scary and having ur parents find out my seem like the worst thing in the world but yea they might be mad but its not the end of the world. Ok..like even if u were to get an abortion urself.. Youll bleed a lot and either way u need to go to a doctor because not all of it will come out of ur body. A doctor needs to help u. Cuz if u stop from whats growing inside then it will come out. U need to keep ur body safe. If u do it urself something might go wrong. Just becareful and really think before u act.

 It's too late for the morning after pill and if you are only 14 you will not be able to get an abortion without your parent's consent. And there is no safe "do it yourself abortion". However you don't know if you are pregnant at this point so wait a couple of weeks and take the test. If you are pregnant, you will have no other choice but to talk to your parents. This was very irresponsible I hope you learned your lesson. I also fervently hope you are not pregnant.
