reader, anonymous, writes (18 September 2012): My girlfriend loves it, I used to find it a bit horrible (not in a hygienic sense) but there's nothing I won't do for her so I've gotten used to it and actually enjoy what it does for her.
I wouldn't consider anymore gross than licking a vagina with all it's bits of mucus, dead skin cells, and minute bits of left over piss. Or kissing a mouth with minute bits of food and bacteria in there. A clean anus is actually cleaner than the inside of a mouth.
Just be careful OP, you never go from anus back to vagina in the same session, the transmission of germs from that part to the other can lead to infection.

As long as the area is squeeky-clean (probably freshly showered) there shouldn't be any problem.

The thing is, what happens between two consenting adults is 'normal'. If you're in a relationship where you get to try things, then you're in great shape. No one has any business knowing what goes on in your bedroom. If you two are OK and happy with it, then bless you. A great sex life is really as good as it gets, and what works for the both of you is no one's business. Enjoy!

 I think if the area is clean down there then there is nothing wrong with it. There are a ton of nerve endings down there and it is easy to generate arousal in that area. I don't see any problems with it and if it works for both of you, all the more power to you.
