His ex is still madly inlove with him and I think he may feel the same for her! I really love him and I don't know what to do :( I don't wanna loose him but I don't wanna be treated like crap at the same time, Help please?

Seriously, if that's an issue then i really think you should grow up a bit before thinking about a relationship. You have been with him a month and you're madly in love with him? I very much doubt you are, it may feel that way but more than likely it's just a crush that will fade away.
