odeer123 agony auntCouldn't agree more with most of the answers. It won't affect the way a woman responds to you in sex at all. :) Testicles aren't used to sexually stimulate a woman, and having just one might actually make it easier for a woman to pleasure YOU ;) hehe. So don't worry. Relax. Be happy. Look forward to your first sexual encounter, just make sure its something you definitely want to do and take precautions ;)

Fatherly Advice agony auntLow Testosterone is a likely outcome. I have a friend in the same boat. Low testosterone has a lot of side effects that could make a relationship more difficult but it is not something that can not be worked around. Hormone therapy is available. Otherwise my friend is a happy married guy with children.

chigirl agony auntNo, it is highly unlikely to affect your sex life as you do not use your testicles to stimulate the woman.

So_Very_Confused agony auntIt's best to ask your doctor this question. but just like women with ONE ovary can conceive and bear a child I am sure men with one testicle can have an active sex life and impregnate a woman.

did you lose it due to illness or accident or was it congenital... or do you have an undescended one???
