Two thoughts occur to me:
1. Every male (I hesitate to call a 15-year-old a 'man') experiences this at some point, or points, in his life.
2. Penises frequently fail to cooperate with sex when you know, at some level, that you should not be doing this with this person, at this time. I am not trying to tell you that this is what's happened to you, but I suggest you consider it.
