 One more note here. After providing your partner the "great pleasure" mentioned, ask her to suck you off if she is willing. If you have not experienced this ultimate kind of release, it may be the passage to a new sexual realm for you. If that does not help relieve depression, I cannot think of anything else that would except hitting a $20 million lotto.

I agree with DoubleM that this sounds very unusual. I think you may need to find a really good urologist and have a frank and open discussion with him about this problem. I don't have any other advice to provide, sorry.

This situation as described seems very unusual to me. You do not even reveal if you ejaculate. A "little urge to go pee" is hardly a normal release for a man. If you are a healthy dude, then any lack of the ability to finish is certainly suspect and possibly due to a medical problem. While it is very true that some women experience multiple orgasms if their partner is experienced, we men usually have to settle for just one big one. In my opinion, it's usually worth it, and we do not mind giving our women waves of pleasure.
