 NO. For you to even consider something like that suggest that you are not his friend. Having sex is serious, it is not a game that you should practice. His first time is supposed to be special and with someone he loves and is committed to. At 12 years old I doubt that he is ready for all the baggage that comes along with a sexual realtionship, and you should rethink your sexual habits b/c it sounds like you are not ready either.
