But, she's been running me in circles lately and I'm pretty much lost as I've ever been. I can't tell if she's playing hard to get (or if she's teasing me or something like that in a romantic kind of way) or if she's disinterested and is just toying with me. We've flirted A LOT and we've even had some sexual encounters (though not all the way) and she's told me she has a thing for me. But lately, she's stopped texting me as much (she said it's because her new phone is no longer interesting, but I don't know if that's true) and she's been teasing me; she showed me a hickey that some other guy had given her (Yeah, I know. We're not seriously serious yet, I'm just wondering if she's interested) and I figured she was trying to male me jealous, which happened... But she said that she ended that relationship with that guy because he wouldn't commit. She said she cut him off completely. Anyways, so, today I was talking to he via Skype and the conversation came to this point where she said she was bored with me, then she taunted me by saying that she's interested in two other guys... BUT, she kept talking to me, laughing at my jokes and trying to hide her giddy smile, which confused me. I mean, if she hated me of was disinterested, why would she talk and laugh and play around? Also, a few days ago I got kind of irritated at her taunting me and I made her apologize, which she did and it was sincere, which confused me even more! I mean, why would you apologize so much for taunting me unless you liked me and it's just a game? After she apologized I said she could keep taunting me, which may be the reason she keeps doing it...Anyways, yeah... I hope that summed up the big parts of my confusion. Should I run away or keep playing the game, if there is one? Also, any tips on how to play would he appreciated! Thanks for your help!

 She's got you on the hook dude... she's keeping you just interested enough to hang around- but its for her own selfish reasons... attention or ego-boost being the most likely in my opinion.
Stop jumping through her hoops dude, you're better than that, I don't recommend trying to play the game- its rigged for you to lose.
