lol. I think this is true. I find most people are generally friendly although some are the opposite, a lot of the time my head is in the clouds and I don't notice people that much. But yes, try smiling and killing them with kindness if they are truly scowling at you, maybe they're having a bad day.

Why all this people should be giving you nasty looks ? Why would they even bother ? People aren't wasting much time and thought on strangers, in fact, most of the times we all are so busy and self involved and preoccupied with our own stuff , that we don't even SEE the persons we come across with , they don't even register unless they are doing or wearing something absolutely , outrageously bizarre.
So when you meet scowling, frowning , sour faced passers by, don't assume it's about you, probably they are just thinking about taxes, or debts, or their partner who's cheating on them. In fact, why don't you try flashing them a cheerful smile to try and brighten a bit their day ?...

 I'm with Ciar, I have only smiling friendly people in my life's journey... interestingly enough my sour and dour fiance often has bad nasty people interact with him...
How about if folks are nasty to you you are kind back to them just to mess with their heads?

 People don't give me nasty looks. I find most quite friendly with me. Even strangers. Why are they so nasty to you? Could you be giving out something yourself that you're not aware of, or reading something into nothing?
