writes:i have been friends with my boss for three years now. we started seeing eachother 2 months ago and i am madly in love with him. he says he loves me to. but we have a few problems with our relationship. 1) i am only seventeen and he is thirty2) he has a fiance and a child with herhis fiance doesnt know about us but she dumped him and is kicking them out of their house. i found out the other day that he has been begging her to take him back. when i confronted him about it he couldnt give me an answer. he wants to be with me but he is afraid of starting over again especially with me because of my age.how can i convince him that i love him and we can be be happy together?

 If you hand it to him on a plate of course he is going to take it, you are young so get rid of him and find someone without the baggage and that can be true to one person.

 If he's begging his ex back then he's not planning a future with you is he?! I would drop this guy and move on. Not only because of the age but the fact that he cheated with you, what's to say he wont cheat on you!
