If you want to really know, and are a dare devil, then tell him you can't be all cuddly with him if he has a girlfriend, and to tell you how he feels when he's ready.I have the same problem as you.

 I think he was wrong to give you a hicky while he has still got a girlfriend. If you ever got with this boy how would you feel if he gave another girl a hicky behind your back, and could you trust him not too.
I think he does like you, but i would be inclined to stay away while he has a girlfriend.

 His life should not be all over the place at sucha young age, i think you will find he is telling you what he thinks you want to hear so he can get what he wants, he's having his cake and eating it, so i would tell him where to go and find a boyfriend that can stay true to you and you only.
