 It's definitely normal to masturbate! It's even healthy unless you're obsessively doing it 10 times per day and your penis is raw and blistered.
There is also nothing in the 10 commandments against porn. In the New Testament, it talks about if you look lustfully on a woman, you've already committed adultery in your heart.
You're not too old to masturbate. You're also not married. I personally think that within moderation, and if it's not affecting your relationship with your GF, then you're not breaking any "commandments". Only you know if your porn watching has gotten out of balance with your life. I think if you're asking this question here, then you're fine and perfectly normal.
