 I don't think it's a problem. Masturbation is generally a fairly healthy activity, and what or who you think about when you do it is absolutely and completely your own business - even when you're in a relationship. Very, very few people never masturbate at all, and even fewer who do it can honestly tell you that they always think about the same person even when they are in an absolutely sold relationship.
The only word of warning I would give is don't use masturbation as a substitute for getting to know people and forming relationships in reality.
