 this happened to me i was with a guy for 3 months and he had a gf at the same time. dont do anything with him until he leave his gf coz every week this guy would tell me he gona leave his gf and every week i was foolish to believe him and carry one doing stuff with him. forget him he will come to you if he truely love you

 I woulden't call this guy untill you know for sure he is not with his girlfriend anymore.
If you were seeing him behind his girlfriends back what makes you think he woulden't do this to you if you were his girl?.
Don't chase him, i would leave him and find someone who is not attached.

 tell him that you feel the same way let him know that you are ready for an open reletionship. He was trying to tell you that for a reson and now it looks like you dont feel the same way. I think that maby he wants to dump his g.f for you.
