I am going to assume that this is all you- because its all a little too cooincidental.
Has this just started at Christmas? Resenting the lack of the bf being around? Or perhaps you are one of those people that go into a Holiday funk resenting the happiness that other seem to have.
Anyway it seems to me like you have been drinking. You at least need to stop that for the time being because you have poor judgement in these situations.

 Not sure what kind of environment you are in to be put in a position to be forced into giving bj's. My advice is if you can, do not go to these places!
Forcing someone to give bj is sexual abuse. And the other one, he is no friend if he took advantage of your vulneralbility. You must take responsibilty for your actions also. Concentrate on what you can do to avoid this situation from repeting itself.
Finding out about counciling as you have a lot of emotions to deal with and earn your self respect back. I think you are hurting yourself so try to stay away from this crowd.
