Many guys find big boobs appealing in a sort of primitive way; they're more likely to produce a lot of milk, which helped babies survive more as humans were evolving.
That being said most guys just love boobs. Big, small, or medium, it's all good.
Many guys are so happy to see boobs that what they look like is a lot less relevant then women would imagine.

Like other readers have said, it really just depends on the guy. However, in my opinion and I think a lot of other people agree with me that the size of a ladies breasts really doesn't matter.
If you like the person you are going to be happy with them no matter what. It is strange how many girls you come across that are unhappy with the size of their boobs but seriously it isn't anything to worry about. Small, average or large boobs are all great! Personally I am a fan of smaller breasts though. They always tend to be a lot firmer.

Men are pretty randy creatures. They ready for it most of the time, regardless of the size of your boobs. They don't even have to like you to be up for it.
If you have smallish boobs, lucky you because that means in a couple of years they won't hang low.
Most women either very gradually or rapidly gain weight as they mature. Where that weight gets distibuted varies from woman to woman, but some does go onto a woman's boobs so they become bigger anyway. Have a look around and you will notice that most older woman have giant bazongas. Enjoy your cute little boozies while you have them.
You might find this hard to believe but guys will find you attractive if you are confident and happy.

 Some will want big. Some will not want big, will actually prefer 'small.' Some will have no opinion because they like whatever shows up on the woman they are in love with. Some will be happy that the breast cancer is removed from the woman they love, along with the breast tissue.
If you are worried about male's opinions of your breasts, then you may want to consider re-orienting your priorities and your values in a way that is healthier for yourself.
I'm certain you are lovely just as you are.
