I haven't talked to her about berth control lately. So maybe it's time to talk about it again. And I still will wash my hands. Just to be extra safe. Precum if you have had an orgasm and not voided (peed) afterwards could still carry living sperm cells.
while it's not likely she will become pregnant this way, it is possible and if you are as afraid of her getting pregnant as she is, then yes I would still wash your hands. Perhaps you can compromise and keep wet wipes by the bed so you don't have to actually get up and rather can just cleanse your hands in bed.

When you are aroused, as you surely will be during foreplay, you will produce pre-cum. This is a secretion from the Cowper's gland:

Pre-cum may, or may not, contain sperm. If sperm happen to be present, your finger can introduce them into her reproductive tract. Which can end up fertilizing an egg.
It's not likely. You'd both have to be remarkably fertile for it to happen. But it is possible. And since the possibility has introduced a buzz-kill, respect her fear.

 The only way for her to get pregnant is for you to insert your penis inside her and ejaculate. If you have no sperm on your penis, there is no way you touching it and then inserting your fingers into her vagina could ever get her pregnant. If you do have sperm on your penis and touch it and then finger her vagina, there is a 1 in a million chance she could get pregnant ONLY if she is ovulating.
