I think it's just as likely that you are more relaxed and turned on by the fact that this is so much more intimate.
You are no longer just doing it for lust, you are doing it because you love each other and you plan to spend the rest of your lives together and have a child.

 I always find that I can only orgasm without condoms, with them just feels unnatural and wrong! But obviously they are necessary to prevent STI's so not brilliant for me that I cant orgasm when the guy is wearing one!
So no, definately not a coincidence! Some women are lucky enough to orgasm with or without condoms, whereas some need the real thing!

 I personally CAN NOT have an orgasm if my boyfriend wears a condom. It's only been a few times that he has and those few times didn't work so well. I believe it is the "real" feeling that got you your orgasm. It's more natural, more feeling, it's wonderful!
