 I would let this one slide if it was me. She was obviously pretty trashed that it didn't bother her to cross that boundary. However, if she continues to make her attentions known to your boyfriend (drunk or sober) I think it would be time for you to set the record straight.
You could also be upset with your boyfriend for not telling her to keep her hands to herself too... On some level he was probably encouraging it to happen.
Hopefully you'll think twice about drinking heavily with your girlfriend again.

I don't think bringing it up would accomplish anything, or at least it won't give you any new information. She's going to either say she's sorry but she was wasted, or she's going to tell you it was no big deal, stop making it one.
If you think it help you move on then go ahead and say something.
