 If you feel that you can (1) forgive him without holding it over his head, and (3) trust him without always wondering if he's going to do it again, then yes, you can get back together. But if you're always looking to spot the "other woman" (even if there isn't one) or if he truly reforms but you keep holding it against him, then no, don't go down this road.
BTW, break it off clean with your current guy before going back to your ex. Don't do to him what your ex did to you.

 If you still love him and he love's you, and you are both willing to forget the past then i don't see any reason why you ca't get through this. But before you do be absolutely certain that is what you want, and he would not cheat on you again.
