Hi, me and this guy have been friends for 7 months.. We talk everyday but our conversations were short but recently, the conversations have been long and he laughs at nearly everything i say.

whereas before he never did that and i'm more happier like that.

So i was wondering if this change in conversation could mean something?

olderthandirt agony auntI think it means he is feeling more at ease with you and can respond to your humor more easily. Maybe he was very shy before and now that shyness has faded and he is giddy about it. As long as you are happier about it and he appears to be happy why try to "overthink" the situation? Just breathe and relax. Not everything has ulterior motivations.

He's probably just more comfortable with you now, now that he knows you a bit better. Some people take time to make friends and to feel at ease with them.

I'm sure you're probably wanting us to say "it's because he fancies you" but I'm afraid no-one can really tell just by what you post. He might fancy you - but it could just be friendship. You'll just have to see how it goes.

Do you get to see each other in person fairly regularly?
