 No, I'm pretty sure you can't get pregnant this way.
However, TAKE that fear and do something about it. Get on birth control, ask him to bring/use condoms even IF you are just fooling around.
BETTER safe, then knocked up and sorry.

 You absolutely cannot be pregnant from this, there is zero chance. Sperm cannot get through fabric, but there weren't even sperm to begin with. Sperm also cannot move across surfaces. It can't jump from your underwear into your vagina or move across your skin. Pre-ejaculate can only contain sperm if he'd ejaculated since last urinating.

 No, you can't be pregnant from this. Even if you were pregnant, you could still 'feel fine' the next morning. But I'm sure you're not!
You should google some sex education sites, learn about the birds and the bees.
Expect that a man may ejaculate if you're fooling around in nothing but undies. Consider whether you're ready to have sex and if yes, be prepared (condoms!!).
