If you don't use it, of course you can get pregnant!
If you're not respsonible enough to use protection and know the risks of precum (which DOES contain sperm), then you are defintiely not mature enough to have sex.

Do you want to get pregnant because you most definately will if you continue to have unprotected sex even if he does not go off inside of you, he will still release sperm which can live inside you for three days waiting on you to ovulate.
You need to get on the birth control pill and fast unless you want to be tied to this boy forever with a child that neither of you planned for or wanted nor can properly support and raise.
Condoms break so get on the pill.
Buy an early pregnancy test if you want to know if you are pregnant.
