 I think, like Peppe, that you are not ready. And IF he cheats BEFORE you sleep together, then it's NOT your doing or fault. CHEATING would be HIS choice.
Are you on birth-control or did you two use a condom when you tried? Maybe... you two need to consider protection first.
It's been 3 months, you may know him a little, but not THAT well. TAKE your time. WHAT is the hurry here?
If he is looking at other girls because he is THAT desperate for sex, maybe he isn't right for you?
