A age 30-35, writes:

This article consists of four simple words, Love, despair, broken, and incomplete. In other words the process of LDBI. Everyone goes through this process atleast once in their life, maybe more. Let me explain this process to you in greater detail.

LOVE-you have found a person that you feel deeply about. A person that you would take a bullet for.

*then you lose this person. Which takes us to the next step in (LDBI).

DESPAIR-all your hope has faded from your heart.

BROKEN-your heart is in total ruins. smashed to peices due to lost love.

INCOMPLETE-your hearts feels unfilled. you feel as if there is something missing.

But not all is lost. At the end of the day it all comes back around to make a FINAL stop, it comes back to the first word...love. People have to go through dark periods to see the light. You must take the train of LDBI to get back to the main station.

A male reader, Jmtmj Australia +, writes (3 November 2010):

Jmtmj agony auntSounds similar to the 5 stages of grief by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross:

1. Denial – The "No, not me" stage.

2. Anger/Resentment – The "Why me?" stage.

3. Bargaining – The "If I do this, you'll do that" stage.

4. Depression- The "It's really happened" stage.

5. Acceptance – The "This is what happened" stage.
