 It's up to you whether you want to risk heartbreak again on the chance that what he says is true. You could give it a try and see how things go, because this time you are forewarned. You don't say what it was that he did before to hurt you but if you keep your eyes opened and watch for any signs of it happening again then show him the door. Trust is very hard to rebuild but it can be done over time. Your choice, good luck.

 I would give him that chance but as soon as you smell even the slightest hint of danger then get rid.But he might be tellinbg the truth he might of changed...x
