 No don't give it another go. Obviously from what you said you're not ready to have sex. You should know the answer to that yourself, you even said you couldn't do it. What makes you think you'll be able to do it second time round after a short while?
If you girlfriend gets upset about it, just tell her that your not ready and she should understand.
Foreplay is completely different to sex. Maybe wait a couple of months before you try it again.

 I think you are probably a little too young to be having sex right now. Your girlfriend and yourself are still children, not even in high school yet, and if you do this now you could both regret it for the rest of your lives.
However, if you MUST have sex, please make sure she's on some kind of birth control, like the Depo shot or the pill, and you use a condom. I doubt you want to be a father at fifteen years old.
