Honeypie agony auntIt could be serious. Specially if she keeps bleeding. Anal is NOT a smart thing to start out with, it is for experienced people.

person12345 agony auntBleeding could be a sign of "normal" micro-tearing or it could be more serious and lead to infection. If it doesn't stop hurting in a day or two, she should go to the doctor. It's probably nothing, but it could get infected if it doesn't heal quickly. If you absolutely must have anal sex (it's much more likely to lead to infection than vaginal and can be extremely painful for her), you need to use more lube than you ever thought anyone should need for any kind of sex ever. It also needs to go slowly. Rectums are very delicate and sensitive and prone to tearing.

A male reader, anonymous, writes (31 January 2011):

This could be potentially fatal if she doesn't get it looked at, and the sooner the better even if you have to take her to the ER. There's a very real risk of a septicaemia infection.

Yes it is very serious she has to go to the doctor and soon.

Don't have anal sex again it is a very delicate thing to do and you got it so wrong you're after tearing her ass.

She's obviously not built for it.

A female reader, chigirl Norway +, writes (31 January 2011):

chigirl agony auntIf the bleeding does not stop she should see her doctor. If she had a small cut the wound should heal itself pretty fast, maybe a day or two at most.

Don't have anal sex again, this obviously didn't work for her and she could actually get sick from it if she starts to bleed and the wound gets infected or doesn't heal normally.
