I've been single and met a lot of girls over the past 5 years but this one really draws me in. However, at the time I met her she was single. I was busy and took the whole dating approach too slow. I ended up w/her number and texted her about 4 times over the course of 3 weeks. I never asked her out b/c I was too shy. She didn't give me much rapport so I didn't feel like she was interested so I let it go. She has a boyfriend now. Maybe been with him no more than 8 weeks. She just met him this summer too. Now, somehow I ended up running into her at a large social event. We ended up together that night. It was like a date. We ran around town drinking and having fun. We shared some intense flirting, touching, and feelings. It was VERY obvious that she wanted me and I made it VERY clear that I wanted her. I explained that I was shy and that I wanted to ask her before out etc... Well, we almost had sex. We were talking about it, basically went through a subtle verbal love contract. Anyhow, I grabbed her by the back of the head kissed her. She said she didn't want me to think she was easy so she left... I absolutely couldn't help it. It was well worth it.What do you think about this situation with the new boyfriend? She is about 22-23 years old and about to grad from school.

If she really wants you, she'll dump her other boyfriend. If not, don't touch her. Simple as that.

Well if she wants to be with you then she'll dump him.
If it was just a crazy night of fun then she'll stay with him.
Just accept that some things are perfect at the time, but not going to happen in the big picture.
Have that night as a perfect memory and then if she does become single at some point then it's a bonus for you.
