 She ( and you ) have nothing to worry about , some women bleed , some don't. Perfectly normal. As for the pain factor, that's very variable too, because it's mostly psycholigal, some girls feel a lot of pain because they are tense or afraid or not lubricated enough, but normally is very little, or even nothing.
As for her lack of response, Jeez, man. Show some patience, and ingenuity. She is naive and unexperienced, she does not know well yet her body, and yours. What do you think, that your penis is a magic wand ? You just have to insert it in, and fireworks will explode ?...
It does not go like this. Some women ( many, in fact ) do not orgasm at all by penetration only, they need manual or oral stimulation. And anyway , to find out what works, you have to try, and explore. Kisses, caresses, foreplay . Different positions and motions. Does she like it rough or romantic ? lights on or off ? etc.etc. ASK her - and if she does not know yet what works for her ( quite possible since she is young and unexperienced ) experiment, and have fun finding it out.
