But she's worried that she might be pregnant because she just went ill, she has sore breasts, and her period is late. It sounds like there is little to no chance of her being pregnant to me.
Has she been ill SINCE taking the morning after pill, or before.
If it was before then it could be anything, it doesn't have to be pregnancy. If it was since taking the morning after pill then that is your answer. The morning after pill is a giant bomb full of hormones so it's going to mess with everything and have odd effects on her periods and breasts and everything.
Also stress can delay periods so if she is going out of her mind with worry then it's no wonder she is late.
Take her to a movie and have a really good laugh with her tonight and that might sort her out. If not then it might be best to take a test.
