 well based on your age and her reaction and yours I am thinking you are all too young to be having boyfriend girlfriend serious relationships.
I look at women's butts and boobs all the time my hubby is not leaving me..
IF all you did was glance, she's over reacting.
IF you sought it out and stared you were in the wrong.
perhaps breaking up is for the best... as I doubt it will last much longer if this is an issue.

 Some cleavages are hard not to notice and at your age it's only natural but a proper gent would at least try and avert his glance. Your girlfriend probably feels slightly insecure right now but you should definitely try and talk to her. Maybe you haven't been paying her the same attention you paid to other girls bosom? It's worth a thought.
