Hi everyone,

I have been feeling sad and depressed for the past year and i don't know how to deal with it, i am always moody even my period has stopped coming regularly. I have started a new job about 4 months ago however its a long distance with crazy hours, which takes me about 2 and half hours to get there. i hardly see my family and spend time with them and with my friends.

As for my relationship me and my boyfriend have long distance relationship and I only see him once in 4 to 6 weeks. i always gets angry with silly stuff and whatever he says i get pissed off.

what can i do to fix this? plz help

So_Very_Confused agony auntTo RECAP:

You are sad and depressed for a long period of time,

your body is not regulating your hormones properly and your period has become irregular.

best advice: SEEK MEDICAL treatment.

is your boyfriend nearer to work?

is there a reason you don't move closer to your job?

oldbag agony auntHi

I would imagine your completely tired out and stressed out.Is it possible to move nearer to your job and cut out the commute? You could go home weekends to stay with family, see friends. At least it would be a better balance of your time.

As for the boyfriend is that going anywhere - will one of you re-locate eventually?

If you think it would help go and see your GP explain how you feel, the change in your periods.Your health is your priority to be able to cope with your life.Make time to see him/her.
