 no problems at all. You're not closely related enough for there to be problems. If you just found out your boyfriend was your brother, then yes that would be a drama. But this isnt a big deal at all, i wouldnt even say that you guys are related to be honest cos its so distant.

 There may only be a problem if you are BLOOD related. I think you guys are ok generation wise. Really, that kind of thing happens alot more than you think. I say just keep that info under your hat and move on with your relationship.
