Question - (29 March 2010) 2 Answers - (Newest, 31 March 2010)
A female United States age 26-29, *a professora writes:

i have a new problem, i still love my teacher and she still loves me but i have told her about my 'only friends' (student/teacher) policy because i know the consequences of pursuing a relationship. well now my friend ab has a crush on me and i am attracted to her,my other friend nt likes me and he and my other other friend kt argue and have almost come to blows about it. added problem to that kt already has a girlfriend. i also like nt and kt (they aren't related) i told my teacher this in one of my weaker moments. she looked heartbroken and i don't want her to think that i don't love her but i want her to understand my reasoning for trying not to be around her until i can handle it in a mature way. besides all of that the youth pastor from another city (same church though) has been visiting my church and my teen group has had teen lock-ins at his church. he likes me alot and i like him alot. he openly flirts with me in front of the head pastors at his church and at my church. i don't really mind this flirting and have noticed myself being flattered. i am 15 and will be 16 in a few months and he is 21. my life has become a huge complicated relationship problem. please help and thanks for reading this far

la professora agony auntthe problem is i don't feel any less in love with her. but i still like these other people though none as much as i feel for her. i find myself attracted to the youth pastor the most not counting my teacher. i don't regret being in love with her i do regret having to hide it noot just at school but that i love someone of the same gender at church because we believe homosexuality to be a sin (again no offense to homosexual people is intended) i want to remain friends with her but i don't know if that is possible considering our feelings for each other. i am also witholding myself from her because she is married and has three kids and i don't want to be a homewrecker. i knmow she wouldn't think of me like that but thats what i would consider myself. she e-mailed me (all of my teachers have student e-mail adresses) asking why i have been avoiding her and why i won't even look at her. i relpied with the link to this site and my question about her and told her that the questions and answers would explain everything. i know i can still live without her but it makes every second seem like a year and i am sad almost all of the time. my heart is breaking and only she can fix it. and she can only do that by accepting that we can only be friends. close friends but still only friends. thanks for your response

Ok, well first of all I'm the same girl that commented your first story, I just had to get a new account thing. Do you know what I think would be a good idea if you still really love your teacher? I would show her this website and the questinos you've asked and how you explained your feelings for her one here (that you love her, dont want her to get in trouble, etc) because I'm sure that will allow her to know that you really love her, and you can't be around one another until you graduate, if that's what you really want to do of course. But if you find yourself interested in these other people, it's just a sign that you're finally getting over her, whether you want to believe it or not. This being said, you seem to have many options what to do/who to choose and such, I guess you just have to follow your heart, ya know?
