I wouldn't recommend it in practice; honnesty is the best policy. In a loving relationship/marriage, why would somebody want to do that?!

It's called artificial insemination but you don't have to use your mouth. A warm eggcup will do the job rather better. Must keep the little tadpoles warm or they'll snuff it.

Yes, it's possible. It's a VERY bad idea unless you have a very good reason and both of you agree. Leading a man to become a father under deceitful circumstances is just plain wrong. Why would you want to do this anyway?
It may be just an academic question, but please don't even think about doing it. There are a few circumstances where it's OK, where everyone involved knows what's going on. Mostly though, it's not.
