We've been 'staying friends' since, but its on and off. Is there any way i can get her back? I don't know what to do.

 just tell her how u feel..the truth..if she doesnt listen she isnt worth it..if ur really sorried then she should forgive u..but if she didnt love u she'll move on fast.
