Do they want hours upon hours of no-strings orgasms? Go one night stands... but those awkwards mornings become tiresome eventually.
Or do they want somewhat less, but far more charged emotionally and occasionally more intense sexual feelings and experiences? Then go with a relationship.
Its not that hard a choice really.

But FOR SURE, having sex with someone you are CRAZY about and IN LOVE with (commitment or no commitment) is a million times better than having sex with someone you don't care about. And I am sure most guy's will agree with that.
